The Fort Worth Business Assistance Center, Capital One Bank and The Alternative Board are looking for small businesses to compete for over $50,000 in cash and in-kind business services by developing a new or enhanced business plan that can improve their market competitiveness and increase their bottom line in the eighth annual Fort Worth Business Plan Competition.
Please fill out each section of the 2018 Fort Worth Business Plan Competition (FWBPC) application. Applications are due by midnight June 15, 2018 for consideration in the competition. Twenty-five businesses will be accepted into the competition based on the judging of applications.
NOTE: No prior business plan needed to apply or compete.

Applicants must fit the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a business with a DBA registered in Tarrant County
- Annual revenue less than $500,000
Prior BAC clients and clients of partner agencies, regardless of geographic location, that meet all other eligibility criteria may also apply.

If chosen as a participant in the competition, you will be asked to verify eligibility. Prior to submitting your application, you are able to save it as a draft as many times as needed. Be sure your application and attachments are complete before submitting as once that is complete, your submission is final.

- All group training sessions are mandatory
- Participants will schedule and complete two counseling hours with the Fort Worth Business Plan Competition Partners
- All requirements must be met in order to participate in the final round
